Although, I'm likely to drink a small craft offering on the market in an Irish Style on St. Patrick's day, not everyone is a fan of green (or green colored) beer for the holiday. The AOI Tea Company sent me a compelling recipe for a Green Tea Smoothie as healthy alternative.
In this video blog, I take you on a tour of the Kapoho Ocean Villa that we rented in the Puna District on the Big Island of Hawaii. The house is located on the Kapoho Tidal Pools and within swimming or walking distance to the Champagne Pond. In a previous story (located here), I explained why we chose this particular location.
We loved this house as well as the on-site property manager, Audrey, and we can’t wait to return. Some of the highlights from the week there included swimming with turtles in front of the house, watching whales breach, eating Huli Huli chicken from a road-side stand just up the road, a fabulous Sunday Farmers Market in Pahoa and enjoying the sun rise every morning.
